Katie O’Sullivan (21) Geography and English
Hi, my name is Katie. I’m in my final year of studying Arts in UCC. I am hoping to graduate with a BA Joint Honours in the disciplines of English and Geography. My geographical interests lie in the areas of Human, Climactic, Food, Urban and Cultural studies with a passing interest in Mapping and GIS as well.
In terms of English, I have a love of Old English (the language used by the Anglo-Saxons in the mid-5th century onwards) and Shakespearean drama. In addition I have an ever-increasing understanding of the world of digital humanities through my first semester seminar entitled ” Textualities: Text, Technology and Digital Cultures ”.
